Tim A. Shane

timMr. Shane is the founder of the TIM A. SHANE P A law firm. He holds both a Bachelors degree (Business) and a Masters Degree (planning) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio.
He has been a duly licensed attorney in Florida since 1983, and prior to that was a duly licensed attorney in Ohio since 1977, and has always been in good standing with the Ohio and Florida Bars. He has served as the former President of the Broward County Planned Giving Counsel, and has been on the Board of Advisors for many prominent charities.

He is a Florida Bar designated attorney in Wills, Trusts, Estates and Real Estate. He has represented over 1500 clients in their estate plans, and has represented several prominent Bank Trust departments, including Wachovia Bank (Wells Fargo), Northern Trust Bank, and Bank of America in probate and/or guardianship matters.

He has closed many complicated real estate commercial transactions representing Investment Limited, one of the largest private real estate holders in the tri-county area. While his day to day practice is the actual practice of law, he also holds Florida licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker and Life Insurance Agent.
